Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer with a strong background in Pega development and a passion for creating efficient and scalable solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Pega applications to address our clients unique business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure high-quality application performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Pega applications and solutions based on business requirements.
- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for Pega applications, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct unit testing and debugging to guarantee the quality and functionality of Pega applications.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to uphold code quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring seamless functionality and user satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Pega Developer with a strong understanding of Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander).
- Solid knowledge of database technologies such as SQL, Oracle, or DB2.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with Java, J2EE, and web technologies.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
