Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled PEGA Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PEGA (PRPC) and the Care Management Framework, with a strong understanding of executing project releases through the complete SDLC lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the project team to understand project requirements and translate them into application features.
- Set specifications for new applications and ensure their development aligns with business needs.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues effectively.
- Evaluate existing applications for reprogramming, updates, and feature enhancements.
- Work closely with business process owners and SMEs to gather high-level user requirements.
- Define metrics and performance goals for business processes in coordination with project managers and architects.
- Support the transition of requirements and use cases into functional solutions.
Requirements:
- Basic experience with PEGA PRPC BPM platform.
- PEGA Certified System Architect (CSA) certification preferred.
- Knowledge of Care Management Framework in PEGA is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Familiarity with the SDLC lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PEGA Certification (CSA or higher).
- Experience in evaluating and enhancing application performance.
