About The Role
To support StraitsX's growth & expansion, we are looking to bring on a People intern to be based in Singapore to assist in sourcing candidates, employer branding, and employee engagement initiatives. In this role, you will partner with the respective People team in Indonesia and Singapore.

What You'll Do
- You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition to source candidates for current openings and to contribute in Employer Branding activities in Singapore.
- Support in organizing recruitment events, such as career fairs, virtual job fairs, and campus recruitment drives.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team on internal projects, such as: researching and bench marking, and which best practices for the team to adopt to increase employer branding presence.
- To be involved in the preparation of employee engagement activities such as team-building, internal events, and internal communications.

- 3 months full-time commitment time frame
- You are already in your final year of college or a fresh graduate, hungry to learn and to contribute
- You are accountable for your responsibilities and keen to always improve ways of your work
- A proactive learner who is ready to adapt to new situations
- You are a data-driven individual with the ability to grasp new technical concepts in support of sourcing initiatives and project management
- Strong written and verbal communication, empathy to connect with team members
