Job Description

The People Operations Executive is part of People Operations Department providing operational and administrative support in the Employee Life Cycle Process for Singtel Group.

Responsibilities

  • Partner People & Culture Partners, Talent Acquisition and other departments to issue lifecycle letters. Lifecycle letters include Letters of Appointment, Promotion Letters, Internal Appointments, Contract Renewal, etc
  • Apply, renew and arrange collection of Work Pass and Dependent Pass
  • Create employees profiles and handle personal details update in the HR System
  • Maintain & troubleshoot the Bot/PowerApp workflow
  • Prepare reports on MOM quota
  • Handle assigned duties that arise from the daily operations.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have/be

  • At least a Diploma in Human Resources or related discipline
  • IHRP certification is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and productivity tools.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment involving multiple stakeholder
