Scope of the role:
The role sits within one of OMD's most valuable account teams servicing one of the most iconic global brands. The team has a market-leading position in implementational / executional management and client servicing. As a performance planner, you will operate the dynamic components of media planning and execution in the team.
The role encompasses:
- Drive adoption of measurement across SEA markets building hypothesis, methodology and identifying success metrics
- Analyse and interpret data to provide actionable insights to the business
- Story tell with clear narratives on campaign performance and data
- Analyse campaign performance to constantly work towards maximising results for the brand via strong and practical knowledge of the platforms
- Build and plan marketing campaigns based on target audience and historical performance
- Set up campaigns based on approved digital marketing execution plans
- Ensure cadence on pacing, optimisation and analyzing of data for learnings & action steps are completed
- Own budget planning & tracking and activation for the campaigns
- Provide regular updates on social trends, news, platforms, target audience behaviours, along with key market insights and other brands.
Required Skills or Attributes:
- Previous media agency experience: 2+year experience with performance media (both planning and execution) and data analysis are required
- Passionate about measurement and analytics
- Proficient in data analysis and data visualization
- Good track record with attribution and measurement methodologies
- Have strong numerical ability
- Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in Google Analytics or Adobe Omniture is a plus
- Attention to detail is a must; accuracy in work is the top KPI
- Strong skills in excel for campaign activation and reporting
- Compliance with deadlines, possess time management skills
- Can work independently with self-learning attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/campaigns, processes, and stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to articulate and communicate clearly and persuasively
