Responsibilities
- Provides administrative and documentation support to brokers including
- preparation of placement slips, cover notes, endorsements and other insurance related documents
- update insurance system with insurance contracts, policies and brokers contracts
- issue invoices to clients upon receipt of insurance policies from insurance companies
- follow up on receivables with brokers and clients
- work and follow up closely with brokers, clients and insurance companies to resolve outstanding issues or documentation requirements
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mails.
- General office management such as ordering stationary.
- Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any fields
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience in the Insurance industry preferred
