[PERM] Operations (Corporate Actions) - Capital Market

Responsibilities:

• Maker for payments & corporate actions.
• Processing of all free of payment securities and related cash movements
• Processing of corporate actions and related tax matters for bonds and shares (all markets)
• Handle front office queries
• Perform monthly securities reconciliation
• Deputy checker for other products
• Streamline processes and propose constructive changes to procedures.
• Handles ad-hoc projects/testing.
• Liaise with IT and vendors on business specifications for any system implementation, enhancement and incidents.

Requirements:

• Degree with at least 5 years relevant experience
• Able to work overtime & during SG holidays (rotation)
