Triage Patients, Health declaration, registering Patients,- Dispensing of medication, and collecting payments
Explain medical and health screen packages to patients
- Arrange/Booking appointments for patients for follow-up treatment and vaccination
Assist doctors with chaperoning and conduct minor procedures, swab procedures- Performing administrative duties assigned by superior
Perform billing including HSG, CHAS and Medisave payments transaction
- Daily e-submission of Insurance Managed Care claims
Top up medications, inventory and assist in stock taking as required- Housekeeping and responsible for the cleanliness of the entire clinic facilities
Minimum GCE N/O level, NITEC, Higher Nitec in any discipline. Diploma holders are welcome.- Prior healthcar/customer service experience is an added advantage.
Preferably stay in the northeast area.
- Must be able to commit to 3 nights session and/or weekend shift.
Good learning and service attitude is compulsory. Passionate in customer service.- Basic IT proficiency required (Clinic Assist, Managed Care portals)
Good command of spoken English.
- The ability to speak more languages/dialects will be an added advantage
