Point of contact for the CEO with associated company heads, local/overseas business units, directors and all external parties.
Briefing the CEO on the agenda before every meeting
Collecting all the reports on behalf of the management
Having a daily schedule prepared for the CEO
Acting as a bridge between management and employees
Assist the CEO during meetings
Plan CEO outstation trips
Assist in oversea trip bookings
Deputise CEO during his absence
Minutes taking
Translation between English and Chinese
Perform any other Ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Minimum 3 years of working experience
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, co-ordination and time management skills.
Able to multi-task and have an eye for details.
Good judgment, professional, diplomacy and discretion, sense of urgency and initiative.
Possess excellent command of written & spoken in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking Senior Management, Associates and Guests).
