We are looking for a dependable Personal Assistant to help the Sales Director with marketing, admin tasks, and personal support. The ideal candidate will be organized, a good communicator, pay attention to details, and able to handle many tasks at once.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage calls, emails, and messages from clients and other contacts quickly and efficiently.
- Communicate with clients and other contacts, building good relationships for the Director.
- Handle private and sensitive information carefully and professionally.
- Help plan and carry out marketing activities and events.
- Do research and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and projects.
- Assist with personal tasks like appointments and reservations.
- Manage multiple projects at once and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Take on special tasks or projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of A Levels, or Diploma and above
- Able to speak conversational Mandarin to communicate with Chinese clients and contacts.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently and proactively.
- Good interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with people at all levels.
- Flexible and able to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.
