Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day office tasks of the Managing Director
- Maintain accurate calendars with an understanding of prioritizing important deliverables
- Draft high-level presentations, communications, and documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Collaborate with other team members to organize various corporate events. Manage and maintain Directors schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements where applicable
- Prepare, review, and collate documents/presentations for tenders/EOIs
- Monitor, screen, respond to, and distribute incoming communications
- Provide administrative support for Projects as well and cover when necessary for Reception duties
Competencies and Experiences
- Minimum 3-5 years in administrative/executive support roles with increasing responsibilities
- Diploma or Degree in Secretary/Administration/Business Studies
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a very high level of accuracy with particular attention to deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality for all company materials and information
- Good English communication skills
- Highly accountable with excellent professional work ethics and high-level integrity
- Extraordinary ability to multitask, organizational planning skills
- Ability to prioritize work, manage time effectively, and be proactive
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 and virtual meeting apps
