Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for the CEO, managing calendar and appointments
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and take meeting minutes
  • Arrange travel and accommodations, including processing travel expenses
  • Assist with administrative duties, such as document preparation and data entry
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years as a PA or Secretary to senior management, ideally in a multinational company
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and ability to manage confidential information
