Key Responsibilities:
- Family & School Coordination: Facilitate and coordinate school and extracurricular activities for six children attending international schools.
Communicate regularly with teachers, school administrators, and program coordinators to ensure all educational and activity needs are met.
- Household Staff Management: Oversee household staff, including tutors, drivers, and other domestic helpers, to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure staff meet household standards.
- Personal Affairs Management: Handle daily personal affairs for the employer and their family, including arranging travel, flights, hotel bookings, and dining reservations.
Organize personal and family events, ensuring all details are managed to the highest standard.
- Company Coordination Support: Assist in coordinating business affairs related to the employer's investment and education-focused ventures.
Serve as a liaison for business matters, organizing meetings and managing follow-ups to ensure smooth communication.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in family or personal affairs management, executive assistance, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Additional Requirements:
- Flexibility to adapt to the employer's and family's dynamic schedules.
- Knowledge of travel arrangements and event planning is a plus.
- Background in education or investment is beneficial but not required.
