Job Description

Working location: Orchard

Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Screen and manage incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail
  • Draft, review, and send correspondence on behalf of the executive
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for the executive
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as required
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies
  • Handle special projects and tasks as assigned by the executive
  • Build and maintain positive relationships within and outside the organization

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma and above
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
