We are looking for a stellar PA/EA to support our C-level Executives based in Singapore. You will provide administrative support to the leadership by effectively and efficiently handling and managing all administrative matters of and for the leadership, allowing them to focus on their main responsibility of driving the business. What You'll Do
- Manage the day-to-day calendar, including organizing meetings and managing schedule.
- Provide travel support for Visa applications, flight reservations and hotel bookings
- Schedule, coordinate appointments for the leadership team and assist in all meeting preparation which includes setting up conferences call across different time-zones
- Prepare expense reports, audit against travel schedule and monthly credit card statements
- Works closely and effectively with the executives to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgment letters, personal correspondence and other tasks that facilitate the Senior Leadership members ability to effectively lead the company
- Provides support for pitches as required, providing coordination and support as well as liaising across offices and with the APAC team
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
Who You Are
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience in assisting an executive-level team. Experience in an agency environment is ideal.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Highly organized and flexible; resilient, mature and able to deal with stress and ambiguity
- Demonstrated ability to resolve problems in a fundamentally sound manner
- Team player with strong interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- You work well in a fast paced environment and are a proactive self-starter with excellent communication in both verbal and written English.
