We are seeking a dedicated and client-centric assistant to support our partner who is a lead consultant in the Insurance Consultancy firm. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, trustworthy, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ensure timely premium payments by clients.
Process insurance claims and provide regular updates to clients on claim status.- Prepare necessary paperwork for new business opportunities.
Generate proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Record meeting minutes, prepare PowerPoint slides and effectively communicate key points to relevant parties.
Prepare and organize forms for clients.- Arrange medical appointments as needed.
Act as a liaison between clients, back-end staff, and the lead consultant.
- Manage and respond to client emails, ensuring their concerns and queries are addressed promptly.
Organize appointments for the lead consultant to meet with clients.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Previous experience or background in insurance is desirable but not mandatory.
- Able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
Client-centric approach with a high degree of professionalism.- High emotional intelligence with an ability to understand and cater to client needs.

- Effective communication capabilities, both written and oral.

Note:
While this role predominantly revolves around supporting the lead consultant, the assistant will also liaise with the claims department, underwriting department, and customer service center, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
