. Manage and coordinate calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
. Communicate in office with all levels of staff to ensure coordination
. Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
. Manage and maintain the confidentiality of personal files and confidential information

. Provide administrative and operational support for the department.
