Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining schedules and calendars
Handling personal tasks for Chairman/CEO
  • Manage travel arrangement/hotels booking
Managing CEO appointments
  • Ability to multitask
Handle all office matters
  • Oversee daily operations
Build on relationships with all employees
  • Good Communication skills
Completing daily task given
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands
  • Requirements:
Min Diploma in related field
  • Able to work flexible time management
Willing to travel
