- Position: Personal Assistant
- Business Meeting Translation: Provide accurate translation services during business meetings to facilitate clear communication.
- Project Management: Assist in the advancement and management of company projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- CEO Scheduling: Organize and manage the CEOs calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Business Activities: Participate in business activities and events, representing the company and supporting the CEO.
- Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree or higher.
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant assistant experience.
Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and upward management skills.
Language: Fluent in both Chinese and English in order to liase with internal and external stakeholders
Background: Experience in the internet industry is preferred.
Travel: Must be able to accept irregular travel schedules.
