Job Opportunity: Personal Assistant to the Sales & Operations Director
We are assisting our client, an IT Solutions Company in Singapore, to recruit a Personal Assistant to the Sales & Operations Director. This role is ideal for an organized and proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is proficient in Mandarin to engage with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Roles & Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide full secretarial and administrative assistance to the Sales & Operations Director, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Document Management: Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Client Coordination: Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, including Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Support additional tasks and special projects as assigned.
Requirements- Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills with a detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
- Adaptability: Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Singapore, UBI
Salary: SGD4,000 to SGD6,000 Competitive, based on experience
