Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive support to CEO/Founder and help manage both professional and personal responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, flexible, organized, meticulous, able to work under pressure and handle tasks with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling personal tasks such as liaising with contractors, vendors, taking charge of the luggage whenever CEO travels
- Manage a dynamic calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments
- Plan travel arrangements such as purchasing of air-tickets, accommodation and ground transportation, working out travel itinerary
- Prepare and coordinate materials for meetings
- Writing of minutes during meeting, presentations, and travel-related activities, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Good with PowerPoint, AI Software and ChatGPT
- To keep proper filling and documentation
- Involve in projects works
