Manage all aspects of family life, including systematic planning and procurement, to enhance the overall quality of life for family members
Oversee family schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements, and handle relevant visa and documentation processes
Plan and organize various activities, including but not limited to birthday parties, holiday celebrations, and social dinners, including reservations and arrangements
Manage children's schooling, course registrations, and liaise with schools on related matters
Provide additional administrative support, including but not limited to administrative tasks during travel, property rental administration, and medical arrangements and accompaniment
Requirements
Fluent communication skills in both Mandarin and English
Be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Able to be on standby and responsive as needed
Relevant work experience with familiarity with local culture and administrative procedures in Singapore
Well-connected with a network of intermediaries or suppliers
Pleasant personality, good temperament, reliable, down-to-earth, and extremely detail-oriented
