Responsibilities
- [Primary Objective] Provide bespoke wealth management solutions to Personal Banking clients, offering products including Bancassurance, Investment Funds, and Retirement Plans
- Proactively Engage Clients: Every client interaction-whether meeting Branch walk-ins or calling pre-assigned leads-is an opportunity to engage and close sales
- Conduct Consultations: Schedule and conduct detailed fact-finding to understand clients financial needs and goals
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all local and internal regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Min 21 years of age and attained Local Diploma, or Degree in any discipline in accordance with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) requirements
- Attain relevant CMFAS certificates before commencement (full reimbursement for ONE attempt each)
- Must be comfortable to work 5.5 days per week (Office Hours + Saturday Mornings) AND meet clients outside working hours
