Personal TrainerCore Collective is seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will create personalised fitness programs and offer expert coaching to help our clients reach their health and fitness objectives. They will be responsible for conducting comprehensive fitness assessments, designing tailored workout plans, and ensuring the safe and effective use of fitness equipment.
Since our launch in 2018, Core Collective has propelled the professional growth of hundreds of fitness and wellness practitioners and business owners by providing a convenient and cost-effective plug-and-play solution at our three centres of excellence at Anson, Dempsey and Katong.

Perform detailed fitness assessments to evaluate clients physical conditions and establish their fitness goals- Develop and implement customised workout plans tailored to individual client needs and objectives
Provide expert guidance and coaching during training sessions to ensure proper exercise techniques and prevent injuries
- Monitor clients progress and adjust training programs as necessary to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of clients goals
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to offer the highest quality service
Achieve and exceed monthly sales and service KPIs
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Core Collective
Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or relevant role
- Degree in Fitness/ Exercise Science/ related field preferred OR Personal Training Certification from Singapore Sports Council / internationally recognised and accredited certifying organisation (ACSM, NASM, NSCA, ACE, FISAF, ISSA)
Valid Cardiac-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification- Strong knowledge of sports and exercise sciences, with experience in helping clients achieve their goals.
Independent, high-commitment and sales driven
- Excellent client management and lead generation skills
The right attitude - motivation and determination to succeed- Willing to work the required hours, including early mornings, Public Holiday and weekends
Strong proficiency in oral and written communication skills
