Personal Trainer/ Gym Coordinator

Just Jym - Job scope may include:

1. Assisting with Club/Studio operations: This could involve tasks such as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the gym floor, monitoring equipment usage, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Provide support in managing gym operations and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

2. Customer service in front of house: Interacting with members and guests, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience at the club/ Studio. Responding to phone enquiries and replying to members/guests.

3. Membership support/ sales: Assisting with new membership registration that required daily data entry and updating membership information. Support in the development and implementation of member engagement and retention initiatives.

4. Marketing and social media support: Assisting in promoting the club/ studio's programs and events through various channels, such as social media, website updates, and creating promotional materials with our marketing team.

5. Business & Administrative tasks: Assisting with general administrative duties such as filing, organizing class schedules.

6. May need to assist on coaching small group class.

7. Events/ Project: The trainee may also have the opportunity to work on events/ projects/ roadshow such as implementing new programs or improving existing processes.

8. Please note that specific job scopes may vary depending on the club/studio requirement to fit the trainee. Trainee will always be a good idea to communicate with your direct superior to get a clear understanding of your responsibilities.
