- Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day business operations
In-charge of sales and wellbeing of puppies- Daily checking of skin and health of the puppies
Prepares daily reports of puppys sales transactions
- Perform general housekeeping to maintain a safe and hygienic environment of kennel and sales area.
Daily updating of social media platform- Responsible for photo/video taking of puppies and uploading to social media
Responsible for grooming of puppies
- After sales follow up with customers on conditions of the puppies sold
Responsible for sending/fetching of puppies to/from vet clinics- Monthly submission of form and sales record to AVS
Addressing and resolving customers complaints in a professional manner
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
