Job Description

• Review medication ordersfor suitability and engages with the prescriber or follows up as needed.
• Involved in clinical, administrative roles
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize pharmaceutical care
• Ensures prescription, supply, storage and distribution of medications, comply with regulation and SOP standard
• Provide accurate drug information to other healthcare professional and patients.
• Assist in the administrative operations of the Pharmacy department.
• Develop and review pharmacy services to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in teaching and mentoring pharmacy students and interns

Requirement

. Singaporeans Only

. Min Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy

. Min 2 years experience in pharmaceutical care

. Registered with Singapore Pharmacy Council
