Your Role:
As a Pharmacist at Siena Health, you'll be responsible for both healthcare operations and product management. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Healthcare Operations: Oversee both prescription and non-prescription items to ensure smooth and efficient pharmacy operations.
- Product Expansion: Identify and source high-quality, unique products across healthcare, supplements, skincare, and beauty.
- Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective product launches.
- Technical Support: Develop product information and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive new product launches.
- Operational Autonomy: You'll have the independence to make impactful decisions, supported by a company that values initiative and discovery-driven professionals.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in product management or pharmacy operations, ideally within the healthcare, FMCG, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
- Skills: Strong communication (English, written and verbal).
Excellent interpersonal and project coordination abilities.
Proactive, self-driven, and skilled at multitasking.
