Pharmacist

You will provide good pharmaceutical care to our patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

You will also have opportunities to run ambulatory clinics such as Lipid Optimization, Anti-coagulation, Heart failure, Hypertension, Diabetic Nephropathy, Smoking Cessation and even provide Nursing Home Consults.

Requirements;

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
• Registered Pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Board
• With at least 2 years of clinical experience
• Regular working hours on weekdays with off on alternate Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays
