Job scope
Purchase medications (including medications for outbreak) and pharmacy items for Tan Tock Seng Hospital and National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID).
Source for new and alternative options.
Monitor active and outstanding orders.
Plan, analyse, monitor and forecast stock level and manage stock turnover.
Liaise with vendor or other hospitals for product evaluation, drug delivery, and product quality issues.
Liaise with stakeholders including NCID clinicians for medication needs to ensure safe and timely supply.
Perform negotiation for purchases.
Maintain and uphold open and transparent processes in all procurement activities and adhere to legal requirements.
To collate, monitor and follow-up on product feedbacks from hospital and Pharmacy key stakeholders
Job requirements
Preferably 1 year experience in hospital pharmacy or relevant work experience (e.g. IT, purchasing, regulatory, supply chain or inventory control)
Comfortable with IT project work.
Good interpersonal skills, team player, strong collaborator
Independent worker, possess initiative to complete tasks and projects assigned

Microsoft Office skills (e.g. Advanced Excel, Access, Word, Powerpoint) preferred
