Job Title: Remote Photo Editor
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deep Retouching: Perform advanced photo editing including retouching, color correction, cropping, image enhancement, skin retouching, eye bag and blemish removal, glass reflection correction, slimming, liquifying, and background removal or replacement. Ensure edits are realistic and natural, primarily for corporate portraits and canvas print edits.
2. Batch/Bulk Retouching: Conduct batch editing for family portraits and events, which includes color correction, cropping, blemish removal, contrast adjustment, shadow improvement, and applying basic vignetting as needed.
Software Proficiency:
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Open to learning and using new software like Aftershoot (training provided).
- Willingness to explore non-Adobe tools as required.
Experience Level:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience or intermediate-level proficiency in photo editing.
Types of Projects:
- Corporate portraits and group shots.
- Canvas and large-format print edits.
- Commercial images (e.g., architectural and interior photography).
- Family portraits and event photography.
Work Hours:
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (1-hour lunch break), 5 days a week. Must be available during Singapore business hours.
Turnaround Time:
- 3 working days for each set of images or canvas edits.
- Deadlines can be flexible but should be agreed upon before starting each task.
- 1 working day for bulk event editing using specialized AI software like Aftershoot.
Communication & Reporting:
- Daily 10-minute check-ins for updates and alignment.
- Weekly scorecard to track the number and type of completed tasks.
- Work closely with the main photographer and studio manager, with occasional collaboration with other team members.
Quality Control Standards:
Perform an initial review of exported images using OS-level preview software (not editing software).
Upload final edits to Dropbox for a second level of quality control by a supervisor or direct manager.
Revisions and Client Feedback:
Expect up to 3 revisions per project, with potential for more during the initial 6 months as expectations align. Commercial projects may require more than 3 revisions.

Equipment & Technical Requirements:
- Must have access to Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom (other Adobe products are optional).
- Must have your own laptop/Workstation for editing work.
- Reliable internet connection for downloading and uploading of files
Additional Tasks:
- Organize and manage files.
- Update task sheets and project boards.
- Assist with creating collages or other Photoshop tasks as assigned.
