Photojournalist, Shin Min Daily News (摄影记者，新明日报）

As a photojournalist, you will capture newsworthy events and people through the lens to make news reports more interesting. You should have a good eye for visuals, and be proficient with the technical aspects of photography. You are expected to report visually from the ground, and to speak to people at the scene to piece together a story.The ability to analyse human nature and make news protagonists at ease is desired.

Requirements

• Minimally a Diploma in relevant fields of studies experience in photojournalism would be advantageous (please include your portfolio in your submission)
• Familiar with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant softwares
• Good communications skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with newsmakers, colleagues, and audiences
• Resourceful, takes initiative and can work under tight deadlines
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and on Public Holidays
• Ability to drive a car will be advantageous
