Piping QC

Job Description:

. Perform Visual and Dimensional Inspection

. Review of material mill test certificates and verification of raw materials and welding consumables.

. Select test samples and witness mechanical testing at SAC Accredited lab. Perform fit-up inspection and monitor all stages of welding

. Reinstatement of various piping system completion, clearing punch list items

. Client QC and sub-cons on effective implementation of Quality activities

. Review Quality Manual, Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Welding Procedure Specification (WPS)

. Witness NDT such as UT, MT & PT performed by NDT companies.

. Review Test Pack & Witness Hydrostatic testing.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Quality / Mechanical Engineering or other relevant discipline
• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Inspector / NDT for drilling tools
• Possess NDT Level II certification in MT, UT & PT is a plus
• Possess certificate
