Develop construction programmes for medium to large-scale projects
Maintain and update all schedules, collect actual data (progress, manpower and equipment deployment) and evaluate project delays by effective monitoring of actual progress
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for in-house, owner and consultant submission
Maintain records for all significant events relevant to contractual claims/obligations
Liaise, consult and coordinate with all Supervisors and Managers to incorporate relevant information that will affect the implementation of the project schedule
The Requirements
Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years working experience construction planning and programme coordination
Has aptitude for planning role
Be adept in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 knowledge
Be meticulous, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
