Planning Engineer

Job Description

• Responsible for analyzing and evaluating current systems and work processes
• Identifies areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to improve operations efficiency, productivity and cost savings
• Documents processes, procedures and work instructions
• Responsible for downstream production and resources planning
• Prepare monthly reports for management meeting
• Perform other work related tasks as and when assigned

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or related discipline and/or equivalent experience
• Preferably 5 years of related work experiences
• Good analytical and presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill
• Ability to solve problems and address root causes
• Committed, good team player with strong interpersonal skills and multi-tasking capability
• Ability to be self-motivated and work effectively with minimal supervision
