Planning Engineer

1. To be involved in the development and control of Project Work Schedule, such as building works, M&E and Process Systems from concept design to construction/installation to testing and commissioning
2. To calculate/estimate the duration of each significant construction activity and the resource requirements
3. To prepare technical submissions for all tender submissions
4. To be involved in site planning, work schedule and monitoring site implementation progress
5. To handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned by superior or management

Requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management and/or Equivalent
2. Minimum of 5 years of related working experience in the Construction industry
3. Proficient in MicroSoft Project Planner and/or Primavera
4. To have prior experience in construction planning with building-related facility
