Responsibilities:
- Report to Project Director on project management, site management, and risk control to achieve project goals.
- Handle construction planning, scheduling, baseline programs, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project schedules and report progress according to the baseline program.
- Assist PD in preparing project reports (e.g., monthly reports, VO management, EOT assessments).
- Liaise with clients, authorities, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on project matters, providing technical and non-technical solutions.
- Conduct technical reviews to ensure contractual compliance and timely completion.
- Support the Contracts Department with tenders, including drawings, method statements, proposals, and claims preparation.
- Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure progress remains on schedule.
- Oversee quality control, safety, and EHS practices on-site, identifying high-risk activities and approving method statements.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above in Civil Engineering or equivalents.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
