Lead the planning and scheduling activities for all project phases, from conceptualization to completion.
Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
Ensure that project schedules are aligned with project objectives, milestones, and resource availability.
Conduct critical path analysis and other schedule assessments to identify risks and potential delays, and propose mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress, update schedules regularly, and provide detailed status reports to project management and stakeholders.
Coordinate with with a team of construction and project manager for the planning and monitoring of progress and make presentation to the management.
Lead schedule review meetings and ensure that all parties understand schedule impacts and timelines.
Develop recovery plans when projects deviate from the baseline schedule.
Collaborate with cost control teams to ensure alignment between cost forecasts and schedule timelines.
Ensure compliance with all company procedures and industry standards related to project planning and scheduling.
Qualifications:
Applicant must be a degree holder in Civil Engineering with minimum 8 years experiences in planning and monitoring of progress for the construction of MRT project with strong background in recovery programme, delay analysis.
Having experiences of completing an MRT construction project will have an advantage.
