- Collaborate closely with the Planning and Project Controls Manager to perform planning and scheduling, risk management, cost control, and reporting activities throughout the detailed design and construction phases of the project.
- Act as the main contact for planning, scheduling, and cost analysis, developing accurate cost forecasts and actionable reports to support effective project management.
- Prepare and deliver clear status reports, issue network-based schedules, update Primavera P6 with project progress, and monitor earned value systems to guide team performance and understanding.
- Strong knowledge of planning and scheduling to identify scheduling issues and recommend corrective actions and implement relevant control services.
Requirements:
- Degree in Project Management or equivalent
- At least 5 years EPC/full-service project delivery processes and apply project controls methodologies and practices specifically related to cost control development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
