Description
We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to oversee our manufacturing operations (Cleanroom Assemblies and Precision electromechanical components). The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of experience and possess a strong background in plant management, production planning, quality control, and cost optimization. The Plant Head will be responsible for managing the overall performance of the plant and ensuring that all production goals are met within budget and on time.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring that all production goals are met within budget and on time
- Develop and implement production plans that maximize efficiency and minimize waste
- Ensure that all products meet quality standards and customer specifications
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees
- Manage the plant budget and optimize costs to ensure profitability
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and government agencies
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve targets and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on plant performance and production metrics
- Compliance to regulations and company policies
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or related field or its equivalent.
- 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations in a Cleanroom Environment Assembly Operations
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of leading teams to achieve production targets
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- In-depth knowledge of production planning, quality control, and cost optimization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Willingness to station in Thailand
