Job Summary:
We are seeking a Plant Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing maintenance procedures, programs, and projects to ensure optimal performance and reliability of plant equipment and machinery.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and procedures
- Design and install new equipment and modifications to existing equipment
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Manage and supervise maintenance staff
- Coordinate maintenance activities with production staff
- Develop and manage maintenance budgets and schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in plant maintenance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related field
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
