Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and lead the operations team to ensure efficiency
- Involve in process improvement initiatives
- Work with management to develop long term plans
- Manage resources and budget
- Involve in projects
- Ensure site safety are enforced
- Ensure operations employees are trained on SHE and regulatory training to perform their roles effectively
- Employ innovative and critical-thinking in optimising processes, procedures and implement initiatives that create value in creating enhanced effectiveness and efficiency in the organisation
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering
- At least 10 years of operations experience with 5 years of leadership experience.
- Chemical / Petrochemical site experience
