Summary
You will be working with our client who specialises in the healthcare and technology space. You will be working alongside the IT management team in developing, implementing and maintaining IT systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the PMO team on project tracking and management.
- Liaise with IT Project Managers on projects, financial, resource planning, eporting and submitting cash flow projections
- Collate information and prepare for reports.
- Review and update yearly Enterprise Risk Assessment for IT.
- Oversee IT maintenance renewal to ensure that Project managers renew system maintenance on-time.
- Provide guidance to IT Project Managers with regards to creation of Purchase Requisitions and Project Charters.
- Review of demands in ITBM.
- Financial reporting and budget utilization.
- Prepare and update on budget utilization and balance details, including any additional reports pertaining to IT Funding.
- Manage, verify, prepare, and submit claims on the timely basis.
- Invoices processing and verification to ensure billing amount is as per Purchase Order and approved Transfer Pricing (TP) Key to respective Institutions.
- Check accuracy of GL posting and tracking of OPEX utilization.
- Collate information and prepare annual IT Workplan for Management endorsement.
- Participate, collate information, and prepare yearly Budget Planning.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of IT financial records for audits and management reporting.
Requirements
- Nitec in Business Services or equivalent
- At least 1 year related experience in a PMO role and/or supporting role function.
- Ability to study, analyse and interpret financial information.
- Strong in process and business workflow.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including V-Lookup, Pivot Table), PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage.
- Open to learn and work well in a small team
