Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and organised Project Management Office (PMO) Specialist with strong background in Project finance management and resource management for a global MNC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support, coordination, and oversight to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide governance and oversight across the project portfolio to ensure compliance with standards and processes.
- Prepare regular project status reports to monitor metrics, progress, performance, and risks, including business case reviews and project readiness assessments.
- Track resource capacity, utilization, and associated financial costs across teams and projects.
- Analyze trends, identify risks, and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders through timely reports.
Key Qualifications
- Established a proven track record with 3-7 years of experience in Project Management Office (PMO) with hands on experience with project/portfolio governance encompassing project planning, risk management, reporting, resource management and financial management.
- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create reporting templates and charts tailored to business requirements.
- Possesses a thorough understanding of the complete project management lifecycle.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a high level of confidence.
- Friendly demeanour with proficient interpersonal skills, especially in managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Advocates a team-centric approach, fostering collaboration and mutual support within the team.
- Diligent, Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work, displaying a near-perfectionist mindset.
