Portfolio Analyst/Senior Analyst (International) - Real Estate

We are recruiting for one of the largest listed Logistics and Industrial Real Estate company in Singapore. They own more than 180 properties across three key segments in Logistics/Industrial Business Parks and Data Centres globally.

You will be supporting the Head of Department in managing the overseas portfolio, monitoring and analysing financial and operational performance of portfolio, preparing management reports and board papers, reviewing and monitoring asset enhancement initiatives as well as assisting in annual budgeting exercise and carrying out annual valuation of properties etc.

Requirements:

You possess a Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related discipline. A Chartered Financial Analyst qualification will be an added advantage. You have about 2-3 years of relevant experience in real estate industry, preferably with experience managing office or logistics assets

You are familiar with real estate markets, valuation methodologies and asset management and possess strong analytical and financial skills.

MS Excel and excellent interpersonal and communication skills will be held in high regards.
