Portfolio Management Analyst (Investment Company, 7mths Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for analyzing & enhancing operational processes in Real Assets Investment
• Assist in investment overviews, valuations reporting
• Extract & input data from HQ to relevant format used in Asia
• Participate in annual MAS survey submission
• Other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder with 3-5 years of portfolio management experience in Real Estate investment
• Proficient in Systems & MS Office Applications
• Analytical & Meticulous
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to start in January 2025
