Portfolio Manager

We are currently working with a Private Equity firm and they are looking for a Portfolio Manager/Senior Portfolio Manager to join the team in Singapore.

They are looking for an Investment professional that is well connected within Europe/US.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end deal process, from sourcing and origination, deal structuring to closing.
• Conduct market research, analyze market trends and develop relationships with various stakeholders.
• Supervise junior members in analyzing and valuing investment opportunities.
• Negotiate terms, prepare presentations for investors and present investment opportunities to the investment committee.
• Manage ongoing portfolio investments, including reporting and consolidation.

Requirements:

• At least 7 to 14 years of relevant work experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, advisory, consulting, asset management, or real estate.
• Significant exposure to deal-making in the USA and/or Europe.
