About the Role
Identify use case, define business requirements and work with data & tech team to develop new or expanded portfolio monitoring capabilities
Define and/or build strategic linkages between distinctive data domains to generate new insights
Support identification of gaps in operational processes, feedback to COO and ultimately improve data quality in L&H ADM
Develop best practice or operating guidelines to complement monitoring tools and enable appropriate interpretation of signals
Contribute to/drive change management and adoption of portfolio monitoring tools, engaging and instilling excitement across target user groups across all markets globally
Strive for continuous improvement in coverage, accuracy and adoption of portfolio monitoring tools under Smart Circles
About the Team
L&H ES APAC Asia team consists of 11 actuarial professionals based across APAC, whilst L&H Smart Circles team consists of cross-functional actuarial, operations and data & tech professionals based across multiple locations globally.
