Job Responsibilities:
. Meet Clients requirement in all aspect of Property Management
. Project coordination in residential/commercial strata development
. Responsible for day to day operations of assigned sites
. Manage and supervise staff of assigned properties
. Assist superior to plan, execute and supervise all facilities management and operational activities
. Plan, execute and supervise all facilities management and operational activities (for managerial role)
. Maintain a continuous and long term relationship with existing clients (for managerial role)
. Manage and retain projects within the set financial criteria (for managerial role)
. Prepare and chair Annual General Meetings (for managerial role)
Job Requirements:
. Diploma or Degree in Estate/Facilities Management or related discipline
. Previous experience in managing condominiums, industrial or commercial buildings
. Knowledge of Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) and Building Maintenance and Strata Management (BMSM) Act
. Candidates with own transportation will have an added advantage
. Attractive Salary commensurate with experience
