Key Responsibilities
Technical Implementation:
. Deploy and configure 2FA, IAM, PAM, and phishing simulation solutions at customer sites or remotely.
. Integrate solutions with clients existing IT infrastructure.
Customer Support & Troubleshooting:
. Provide post-sales technical support and resolve issues promptly.
. Serve as a technical escalation point for more complex challenge.
Training & Enablement:
. Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and system
administrators.
. Develop and maintain technical documentation such as guides and FAQs.
Collaboration & Feedback:
. Work with pre-sales teams for a smooth handover post-sale.
. Collect and share customer feedback to improve product offerings and service quality.
Continuous Learning:
. Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity technologies and trends.
. Gain expertise in the latest IAM tools, including One Identity solutions.
